Get to Know Carrie


Carrie Harris is a proud Texas Tech alumna, earning both her Bachelor of Arts and Doctor of Jurisprudence degrees from the university.
With more than a decade of experience in business formations, transactions, and litigation, Mrs. Harris provides comprehensive counsel to small business owners and large companies across West Texas. Her practice includes business entity formation, drafting bylaws and governance documents, mergers and acquisitions, and protecting intellectual property through trademark and copyright law.
She has represented clients in countless negotiations, mediations, contested hearings, and jury trials, earning a reputation for practical, results-driven advocacy.
In addition to her state court practice, Mrs. Harris is admitted to practice before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Texas, allowing her to represent clients in federal matters as well.

Hobbies & Fun Facts
Carrie enjoys needlepoint, painting, and her Nintendo Switch in her free time.
Carrie holds a private pilot’s license, so you might find her flying around West Texas when she’s not working. She’s also an avid traveler who has visited all 50 U.S. States (before her 40th birthday), Washington, D.C., and half of the Canadian Provinces.
Carrie has been happily married to Matthew since 2001. They have a son, daughter-in-law, and multiple furry and feathered pets.
