Also, because we know that not everyone can attend Mediation between 9am-5pm, we also offer evening and weekend availability to accommodate the unique scheduling needs of our clients.

Everyone is concerned with the cost of Mediation, so we offer an upfront Fee Schedule so there are no surprises.

• Hourly Rate – $200 per hour (can be divided between parties)
  • Minimum commitment: 1.5 hours billed per mediation
    • First half hour: preparation
    • Next hour: mediation session
• Half-Day Mediation – $500 flat rate
  • Covers up to 3 hours (including preparation)
  • Additional time billed at hourly rate
• Full-Day Mediation
  • $1,000 flat rate
  • Covers up to 6 hours (including preparation and breaks)
  • Additional time billed at hourly rate beyond 8 hours
• Weekend or Evening Sessions
  • $250 per hour
  • Available for parties needing flexibility outside regular business hours
