Mrs. Wimberley was raised in Lubbock, is a graduate of Coronado High School and Lubbock Christian University. She has served as intern for the LCU General Counsel and as law clerk for the Honorable Larry “Rusty” Ladd. Mrs. Wimberley also worked as staff editor and Executive Symposium Editor for the Estate Planning and Community Property Law Journal at the Texas Tech School of Law. During her time in these positions, Mrs. Wimberley gained immense experience in the areas of Criminal Law, Family Law, Estate Planning, and Probate. Emily Walterscheid |

Ms. Walterscheid is a West Texas Native and a graduate of Shallowater High School. She began her law career in 2007 as a legal assistant and joined Matthew Harris Law, PLLC, in January 2012. Ms. Walterscheid has pursued education through West Texas A&M University and South Plains College, and she is currently pursuing her certification in Paralegal Studies. However, Ms. Walterscheid’s legal experience goes back even further since she served 5 years as a military spouse during her husband Blake’s 6 year enlistment as a Security Forces Officer in the U.S. Air Force. Ms. Walterscheid is often praised for her professionalism, attention to detail, and for her kindness in treating clients like family. |
